YPS EXECUTIVE BOARD 2020-2022

The Executive Board shall consist of the officers and three members-at-large, one of whom shall normally be the immediate past Director.  The members-at-large will be appointed by the Director.  The Executive Board shall have the authority to conduct the business of Yorktown Preservation Society between Regular Meetings.  Meetings of the Executive Board shall be held at the call of the Director.
